On Monday 25th April thirty MSS students met at room 7 and then hopped into cars and drove into Nelson to watch the Nelson Giants play the Canterbury Rams.

 

When we arrived we put our noise crew shirts on, went to the toilet, stocked up on sugar and waited for the game to start. Before the game started there was a special ANZAC service. The first half went really well for us scoring 10 points on the Rams but in the third quarter disaster struck!! We played terribly and in the end we finally realised we were out of hope when we had to score 6 points in 10 seconds.

 

The game was lost but we still had fun and I landed a Pita Pit voucher so it really could be called a win for me!
