On Saturday 23rd May some of Mot South went over to Saxton Stadium to watch the Nelson Giants play the Wellington Saints. During the first quarter Saints were leading the chase but Giants weren't far behind. Now Mrs Robinson lines up her free throws because she was chosen to shoot for a chance to go in the draw for a new car!  She goes for her shots but misses all of them sadly.  At half time the Saints still lead by ten but the Giants weren't giving up. With the third quarter almost over, the Giants were on a roll, scoring nearly half as much as there half time score.  The Giants were looking good and the Saints were losing it, but still ahead. At full time the Giants lost.  I've got to admit it was a thrilling game.
